What is the minimum order quantity for custom screen printing?
Our minimum order for custom screen printing is 24 pieces per design. This minimum applies per garment style — if you're ordering both t-shirts and hoodies, each style needs to meet the 24-piece minimum separately. Need fewer than 24 pieces? Ask us about our heat press options.
How many ink colors can I use in my printed design?
We accommodate designs with up to 8 individual spot colors. For photorealistic or gradient-heavy artwork, we use simulated process printing to achieve full-color results. Pricing increases per color, so our team will help you find the best balance for your budget.
Do I need print-ready artwork to place an order?
Not necessarily. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal, but we can work from high-resolution raster files. Our art team handles all color separations and screen prep in-house, and you'll approve a digital proof before production begins.
What is the turnaround time for bulk screen printing orders?
Standard production turnaround is 7–10 business days from approved proof, not including shipping transit time. Rush options are available — just share your deadline upfront and we'll do everything we can to meet it.
Do you ship custom screen printed shirts across the US?

Can you screen print on garments I supply?
